The sterilizer is equipped with safety valves, pressure gauges, thermometers and other accessories, which must be safe, complete, sensitive and reliable. Maintenance and regular verification should be added during use. The opening pressure of the safety valve of this equipment is equal to the design pressure, which should be sensitive and reliable, and should be prevented from being adjusted randomly. The accuracy grades of pressure gauges and thermometers are both 1.5, and the difference within tolerance is normal. Pressure gauges without lead seals must not be used. Pressure gauges indicate failure, unclear scales, ruptured dials, pointers that do not return to zero after pressure relief, and lead seals should be replaced immediately. The thermometer should be inspected regularly, and the standard thermometer should be used before it is used. Afterwards, it should be checked once a year. If the silver column breaks and the difference between the standard temperature exceeds 0.5℃, it should be repaired or replaced.
Sterilizers should be inspected regularly, with at least one external inspection every six months, and at least one inspection every year. The pre-inspection preparations and inspection items are carried out in accordance with the "Regulations" and relevant regulations, and the inspection report is filed for record.
During use, grease and oil should be applied to the sliding and rolling contact parts of the inclined surface self-locking wedge, roller, pot lug, swivel flange, etc., to ensure that the friction surface is in a lubricated state.
When the equipment is out of service, the inner and outer surfaces of the sterilization pot and the lid should be cleaned. The exposed processing surface is painted with anti-rust paint, and the safety inspection and control instrument is covered and protected.
